Well, my name is Carys and I'm a Sophomore at CHS. I am the middle child, I have one older sister, 22, and a younger one, 2. I was born in El Paso and have remained here my whole life, but i plan on changing that in 2 years though. I've been playing the cello for 10 years, I didn't have much of a choice for playing an instrument, seeing as my parents are musicians in the symphony. Whenever I have free time, I try to write as much as possible. I'm not athletic in anyway possible, so I try to stay away from sports and any exercise as much as possible.I have been a Baha'i for 6 years. I strive to do as well as I can at school, even though I'm a natural procrastinator, because I understand that it will affect the rest of my life.
Although, impossible, I strive for perfection. I aspire to be a film writer, director and/or producer. When I start to write, everything else disappears and fades into the shadows. My goal is to go to Stanford and get my degree in Psychology, then later get my scripts produced. Psychology fascinates me and never gets old. Looking at the little kinks in the human brain that we all have, seeing how it affects us, and how to control it. I would be a completely different person if it wasn't for music, music is what I breathe. Anything, but mainly Indie. My favorite movie is Juno, I could easily watch it 7 times in a row, everyday, for a month (as long as I was eating Oreos and ice cream with it). Well, I believe that's a somewhat decent description of myself, so I'll leave it at that.
